Appraisee then puts his signature at a place provided as a token of his understanding how he was evaluated. 4. Appraiser then write his overall comments/ recommendation Section F , gives overall rating for Appraisee’s Performance during the period of review. He then sends the form to Reviewer. 5. Reviewer goes through all the forms and marks his comments / recommendations in Section G . (Reviewer may call a meeting with Appraisee / Appraiser, if he feels so. ) 6. Procedure Guidelines

1. Appraiser will hand over this form to Appraisee for Self Evaluation in Section A (i.e. Performance Evaluation Section)
