PURPOSE
Responsible for develop and follow best HR practices and help organization achieve its strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
working closely with other departments, assisting managers to understand and implement policies
and procedures
recruiting staff - this includes constructing and updating job descriptions and person specifications,
preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;
developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management,
equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;
undertaking regular salary reviews;
negotiating with staff on issues relating to pay and conditions;
administering payroll and maintaining employee records;
dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers and then plan and conduct
trainings accordingly.

Qualification: Masters degree in Business Administration with majors in HRM
Professional Experience: a minimum of 3 years of experience in related position

Key responsibilities
Conduct risk assessment of assign department and new projects
Establish risk based audit plans
Collect and analyze data to identify deficient controls, duplicated effort, fraud or non-compliance with laws, regulations and management policies.
