• 10+ year of experience of working in Dairy, Food, Beverage, Pharma and FMCG Industry in Engineering, Production, Quality, or other functions. This can be waived-off on special requests.

Program Implementation Protocol

• Activity 1 – Build Knowledge Modules✓ Identify and Develop Learning Modules (LM) categorized into Areas and Topics in

Domain of Expertise, using PMG LM templates and samples. Evaluate the quality via both internal and external feedback. Prepare and Deliver an online PMG Webinar to academic and industry audience.

✓ Fill the Activity 1 – Build Knowledge Modules Survey

• Activity 2 – Support Design and Execution of Projects✓ Respond to SME Support Requests sent by PMG Team based upon your knowledge

and skills to achieve business objectives. Guide PMG Team and Client to sustainable optimization and productivity in your field of expertise using cost-benefit analysis, past case studies, good-to-implement ideas, and other recommendations

✓ Fill the Activity 2 – Support Design and Execution of Projects Survey

• Activity 3 – Conceptualize and Develop Solutions✓ Generate Ideas for development of innovative Products and Solutions in the domain

of Expertise. Detail-out the Ideas into Concepts and Plans using applied engineering with help of resources at PMG, to build a prototype (model or real). Evaluate the business viability and prospects by taking internal and external feedback.

✓ Fill the Activity 3 – Conceptualize and Develop Solutions Survey

• Reimbursements✓ Your participation can be unpaid (voluntary) or paid, as per preference ✓ Activity 1 – INR 1,000 / Knowledge Module of 25 Slides or more. INR 5,000 for
