SPLIT SCOPE OF WORK BETWEEN PMC AND POS FOR HOOK-UP AND COMMISIONING. In general, PTSC Offshore Services Company Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “PTSC OS” or “POS”) shall perform the Hook-up and Commissioning which form part of the EPCI Contract (Main Contract) scope of work. The scope of work of the Subcontract shall be implemented by PTSC OS generally in accordance with the requirements of the EPCI Contract Addendum. Scope of Work, to the extent same is modified, changed, deleted, superseded and substituted by the terms and conditions contained in the Subcontract Agreement Section between PTSC OS and PTSC Mechanical & Construction Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “PTSC MC” or “PMC”) or in this Appendix or are otherwise analogous and applicable to the Subcontract. Within the Responsibility Matrix below, the extent of Scope of Work and the responsibilities of PTSC OS are defined as those items marked with “x” in the column labeled “POS”. Conversely, PTSC MC’s responsibilities under this Subcontract are shown in the column marked “PMC”. SPLIT SCOPE OF WORK BETWEEN PMC AND POSFOR HOOK-UP AND COMMISIONING.

In general, PTSC Offshore Services Company Ltd. Piping and Related Equipment:

6.11.

7.13.

Repair and/or replace in accordance with Company’s instructions any damaged, consumable or worn items during facilities HUC activities at no cost to company.

spools that not be tested onshore. 2. POS shall directly coordinate with Vendorsresponsible to ensure that work done correctively

and efficiently. All costs related to vendors representatives but not limited to the transportation, onshore accommodation, stand-by time awaiting for transportation to offshore shall be by PMC at PMC’s account, provided such costs not incurred due to failures from POS. Transportation of vendors from onshore to offshore and vice versa via POS’s HUC spread shall be arranged if available. Offshore accommodation including meals during HUC phase shall be provided by POS.

3. HUC schedule shall be as per the EPCI Contract Addendum. 4. POS shall provide manning level and key personnel to perform the work as per the EPCI

Contract Addendum. 5. Final documentation dossiers for the Hook-up, Commissioning scope shall be produced by

POS.6. In events material/ equipment delivery dates are later than expected, POS shall make every

reasonable effort to minimize the impact to Hook-up and Commissioning works.7. POS shall provide accommodation and associated services (laundry, catering and the like for

the maximum of 30 PMC/vendor representatives’ personnel in accordance with the main contract.

8. Hook-up & Commissioning SOW are included in Section 4.19. COW if required shall be as same as HUC concept.
