Building the Legacy Community Partnership

Tucker Stine is a visionary and results-driven marketing and real estate development strategist with over 20 years of experience in building brands, developing effective placemaking and marketing strategies and creating loyalty programs for developers, home builders and cultural institutions.

He has consulted for a variety of companies in California, Arizona, Montana, Nevada, Colorado, Massachusetts and Mexico, including over 15 master planned communities, luxury properties and resort destinations in both urban and suburban markets.

Tucker graduated from Boston College with a B.S. in Business, Marketing and Consumer Behavior and attended the Stanford Graduate School of Business’ Executive Education Program for Strategic Marketing Management. He has received numerous awards for sales and marketing and serves on the National Community Development Council for Urban Land Institute and is a Director for the Rancho Santa Fe Fire Protection District.
