AT&T Services, Inc., on behalf of its affiliate, AT&T Corp. (referred to herein as
"AT&T") applies for authority under Section 214(a) of the Communications Act, as
amended ("the Act"), 47 U.S.C. $ 214, and Section 63.71 of the Federal Communications
Commission's ("Commission") rules, 47 C.F.R. $ 63.71, to discontinue AT&T Voice
DNA Service throughout its service territory in the mainland of the United States.
As required by Section 63.71 of the Commission's rules, AT&T provides the
following information:

Date of Planned Service Discontinuance:
Effective on or after October 31, 2020, pending regulatory approval, AT&T Voice
DNAa will be grandfathered and will no longer be available for purchase by new
customers. In addition, effective October 31, 2020, AT&T will no longer renew existing

or expired service agreements for AT&T Voice DNA , and AT&T will no longer process
orders to move, add, or change existing services. Finally, AT&T plans to disconnnue
AT&T Voice DNA to existing customers on or after December 31, 2021 pending
regulatory approvah
Points of Geographic Areas of Service Affected:
AT&T will no longer offer AT&T Voice DNA00 throughout its service territory in
the mainland of the United States.
Brief Description of Type of Service Affected:
AT&T Voice DNA is a fully hosted business VoIP telephony service with
advance features, applications & management tools.
AT&T is discontinuing AT&T Voice DNA because it is a first generation
business VoIP service with less functionality than current AT&T business VolP services.
In addition, it will require significant technical upgrades to comply with the
Commission's Report and Order implementing Kari's Law 'nd the RAY BAUM'S Act
concerning 911 access, routing, and location in enterprise communications systems.'he
public convenience and necessity will not be impaired by the discontinuance of this
service because there are alternative voice services available to these customers,

Brief Description of the Dates and Methods of Notice to All Affected Customers:
Customer notices were sent via U.S. Mail on July 31, 2020.4 Copies of this
Application are being sent, first class U.S. Mail to the public utility commission,
governor, federally recognized tribes (if any) in the affected state, and to the Special
Assistant for Telecommunications to the Secretary ofDefense, as required by 63.71(a) of
the Commission's rules.
Regulatory Classification of Carrier:
AT&T offers AT&T Voice DNA pursuant to non-dominant carrier regulation.

Conclusion:
