OUTSTANDING BEGINNER (4TH-6TH GRADE), INTERMEDIATE (7TH-9TH GRADE) AND SENIOR (10TH – 12TH GRADE) 4-H FAIR EXHIBITOR
(Grade as of January 1st of the current year.)
Grand Champion Outstanding Sr. and Intermediate Fair Exhibitor plaques will be awarded to the two highest scoring Sr. and Intermediate 4-H members. They must exhibit in at least five (5) different project areas to be eligible.
Grand Champion Outstanding Beginner Fair Exhibitor plaques will be awarded to the two highest scoring Jr. 4-H members. They must exhibit in at least three (3) different project exhibit areas to be eligible. This year’s Outstanding Beginner, Intermediate and Senior Exhibitors will be selected in the following manner.
1. This nomination is given at the local club level to a 4-H’er whose clover has out-sparkled everyone else showing their 4-H spirit. They may have sparkled in a quiet way by helping out another 4-H member who was struggling or in a very public way leading their club in an activity, or pumping up enthusiasm about upcoming 4-H events. A per-son nominated for this award should exemplify what 4-H stands for by using their Head for clearer thinking, their heart for greater loyalty, their hands for larger service and their health for better living.
It should be someone who is always working “To Make The Best Better”. Up to 4 members over the 4-H year may be nominated from each club. Those nominees will be judged with all other county nominees for the Sparkling Clover award given at the annual Achievement Banquet. One Junior, One Intermediate and One Senior will be chosen on the County level.

The Club of the Month is a score sheet that is used to determine the Club of the Year Award. The Club of the Year award is presented to one county club at the annual awards banquet.
