We’re ECU Physicians, the medical professionals of the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University. Our 345 physician faculty see patients in 24 clinical areas. In 2015 our patient visits totaled 667,000.

We have the advanced technology to support tiny premature babies during the first critical weeks of life and the skills to provide compassionate care for children through early adulthood.
We provide services for children with heart problems, diabetes, cancer, lung diseases, stomach and kidney problems, and behavioral disorders including autism.
ECU Women’s Physicians provides a full range of women’s health services including gynecological, pregnancy, infertility and menopause care, as well as fetal diagnosis and treatment.
We have unmatched specialty services for conditions like heart disease, cancer, diabetes, digestive disorders and arthritis.
We specialize in advanced treatments and pioneering surgery approaches, many of which were developed here.
At the East Carolina Heart Institute, East Carolina University and Vidant Health have partnered to provide an array of high quality cardiovascular services for both adults and children.
ECU Pharmacy Services offers comprehensive prescription servicesat three locations, as well as free delivery to ECU employee offices.
