Cumulus’ integration services leverage the power of Ignition to provide a simple method for users to connect their plant fl oor IoT using the most advanced and scalable platform available. As one of the most popular and widely used SCADA applications in the world, Ignition provides a robust tool set for connecting all of your equipment with PLC capability, as well as your CNC machines, weigh scales, scanners, RFID equipment and other plant fl oor equipment that you may have, using a single unlimited solution. There is no need for additional 3rd party licensing with this solution, as you’ll fi nd is required with most other solutions available in the market today. In addition to connecting your plant fl oor, we’ve also created modules that connect ignition directly to your business system, whether you have one or many business systems or applications across your enterprise, Ignition can become the single point of truth for your business.
Connectors include things such as: ERP Systems (PLEX, SAP, etc.), PLM software (Teamcenter, Arena), Point of Sale (Clover, Magento, etc.), CAD/CAM (SigmaNest, Tebis, etc.) and many other widely used applications. The best part is that if a connector does not already exist, Cumulus has the capability and the resources to develop one specifi c to your needs.

The costs listed are typical of most projects, but could vary depending on the size and overall complexity of your particular project. Keep in mind, that once you decide to use our integration approach, it is the last integration platform you’ll ever purchase. Connect everything with a single backend platform and eliminate the tangled web of one off integrations that most manufacturers struggle with daily.
Pricing is listed is per site. We do offer mutli-site discounts for enterprise level projects. Multiple site enterprises can contact us for custom pricing options. All installations require a SQL database for the tag historian – we suggest MySQL or PostgreSQL, unless you already have a Microsoft SQL license or wish to purchase one separately.

TRAINING
Training comes in a variety of options, the most common is using Cumulus as your implementation experts and having our team of integration experts and software engineers walk you through the setup, installation and ultimately the connection to your equipment and/or your business systems. As with anything, there’s a cost for this, which is outlined below with our implementation pre-paid blocks.
If you’re looking for a more immersive experience to hit the ground running and be ahead of the curve, we suggest you consider the on-site training packages available through Inductive Automation. They offer basic and advanced training options at various price points per attendee.
The third, best and most common option is the Inductive University online training program. This is available to anyone that purchases their integration through Cumulus. There is NO additional cost for this and it includes over 70 hours of training, covering every aspect of the Ignition platform. The online university comes equipped for you to manage the training of designated employees, track their progress and completion as well as how they perform through each session. Sessions are fairly quick, provide hands on experience, and best of all they are free and there is no limit to how many employees you can register!
The third, best and most common option is the Inductive University online training program. This is available to anyone that purchases their integration through Cumulus. There is NO additional cost for this and it includes over 70 hours of
