Business is ‘Doing’ - so is Project Management. And the best way to
accelerate understanding of Project Management is to experience and ‘do’ it.
Traditional learning, which
tends to encompass only the
top 2 elements of the
learning pyramid and hence
has long term retention rates
of just 5-10%.
Experiential learning
effectively encapsulates all
areas of the pyramid –
which is why the retention
rates are so high at 80-90%.

1. PlayJect works on the principles of “Gamification”, “Discovery
Learning” and “Experiential Learning”
2. Traditional Learning is good for group education and not
customizable for the needs of each individual. PlayJect overcomes
this drawback.
3. Traditional Learning does not allow feedback on the actual learning
of the individual, which is an important metric for organizations to
understand the return on their training $. PlayJect provides this data.
