Parental Involvement
• The parental involvement formalized via monthly meetings
• Mandatory under RTE 2000
• Additions– Special dialogue with the presidents of School Management committees in the schools (who get the money
deposited /transferred to their A/C for any expenditure ( e.g Uniforms Rs 400/p student asper DEO;and Rs
320 by principals?)
– Give proper written guidance for representation on any field of action regarding support to Govt schools from
the Govt. Help provided by NGO and Knowledge club
• Visit to the Villages of Defaulting/ absent students ( The 4 figures on Smarika on
pages mentioned),by Visitors, Members and Manager of Savidya are doing this job.
• Hold meeting with Guardians, which is mandatory in every month. This has helped a
lot in ensuring the attendance , It remains ~ 100 % in Upper Primary School Khark
Karkee.
