CNC Routing

Our dual-head CNC router, allows us to run two identical partsat the same time for increased efficiency. A vacuum table holdsthe work piece without clamps or vises. Capabilities include:circles, discs, square or rectangular parts, mill down surfaces,radius edges, drill, countersink, and counterbore holes.

CNC Vertical Machining

Our state-of-the-art CNC vertical machining center can drilland tap holes, mill down top and side surfaces, mill angles,radius edges, countersink, and counterbore.

CNC Turning

Our CNC lathe with live tooling can turn down OD and bore outID, drill and tap holes on the OD, drill and tap holes in the ID,mill flat surfaces on round bar, mill angles on round bar, makesquare rod round, radius edges, and cut-to-length.

Fabrication Services

Working closely with customer design and material engineers,AIN Plastics offers additional value by fabricating, polishing,bending, and gluing parts to exact customer specifications.
