• Any order placed with Plaschool International (Pty) Ltd entails the general acceptance of totality of these General terms of Sale.

• Any order should be sent to us formally by mail, fax or email.

• Our prices are indicated for reference only and could be modified without any notice in case of USD, Euro and Rand fluctuation, increase of raw materials, transportation and duty.

• Our prices could be in USD, Euro or Rand. Vat excluded.

II -Terms of Payment• The first order must be paid by T/T swift or by credit card (Visa -MasterCard)

upon receipt of the proforma invoice

• A credit line could be acceptable upon agreement after the completion of a credit application form and approval.

• Should any payment be delayed, the credit line will be cancelled and T/T payment will be required before Shipment ∙50% deposit and 50% cash on delivery.

III -Transfer of Property• All goods remain Plaschool International property until full payment.

IV -Delivery Conditions1. Delivery Time

• For any order on stock, we deliver in a maximum of 10 working days from date of order. The delivery times are not contractual and are only provided as an indication. Delivery delay does not entail the right to cancel an order, except after formal demand by delivered letter giving 10 working days period to deliver. Delivery time overruns does not entail damages, penalties or others.

2. Delivery Terms

• Goods can be delivered to only one designated address in Johannesburg for a minimum order of 1,000.00 Euros All goods travel at the consignee’s risk. In case of damages or looses, the reserves must be notified on the carrier’s delivery document. These reserves must be confirmed by registered letter within 4 days after delivery

V-Sample Order• Any Sample order will be invoiced according to the price on our price list. This

cost will be refunded in case of order confirmation with a minimum amount of 1000,00 Euros per article.

VI -Printing• We will direct you to one of our special corporate printing company we work

with.

VII -Special Production• A specific quotation is submitted for all special enquiries. This quotation

remains valid for 10 working days from the date of order.

• 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation. An approval sample is submitted within a maximum of 15 working days after receipt of a usable document or artwork.

• The delivery time is confirmed on the quotation.

VIII -Remarks• The captions and descriptions stated in our price list are not contractual.

Plaschool International cannot be held responsible for any misprint. In order to improve constantly the quality of its collection, Plaschool International may modify the technological or aesthetic aspects of its products.

IX -After Sale Conditions1. Guarantee

• All our products are guaranteed 1 year from date of delivery. This guarantee cannot be applied to defects or damages caused by normal wear, misuse or accident

2. Return Goods

• All carriage costs of the returned goods will be at customers expense.

3. Claims

• Regardless of their nature, they could be taken into consideration if expressed by registered letter upon reception of the goods, with a maximum of 5 working days.

have established 2 bonded warehouses in Africa.

• South Africa, Johannesburg covering Southern, East and part of Central African countries.

• Ghana, Accra covering West Africa and part of Central African countries

• PLASCHOOL INTERNATIONAL (Pty) Ltd keeps stock for most of its products to minimize their delivery time to their valued clients.

For all the products in stock our maximum delivery time is 7 days.
