Under 4000 mm. in length and available in single and two lane versions the Newsmith Plaque Wash system is less than a quarter of the size of other plaque wash- ing machines yet will consistently deliver clean, dry plaques ready for immediate reuse. AUTOMATIC PLAQUE LOADER Because of the problems associated with loading and unloading a machine at this speed, Newsmith have developed a plaque loading system that automatically feeds stocks of plaques into the machine ensuring that the plaque washer consistently performs at peak effi- ciency. When performing in conjunction with a plaque collec- tion container the Newsmith Plaque Washer can in most circumstances be managed by one operator. 5. DETERGENT: The choice of detergent is critical if thehighest standards of cleaning are to be maintained.This is a particularly important matter to considerwhen chocolate moulds are to be washed.Newsmith have available a complete range ofdetergent products appropriate for use with alltypes of chocolate moulds and containers. Fullautomatic dispensing systems are available.

The most versatile Washing and DryingSystem available. The Batch Galaxy isdesigned to attain the highest possiblestandards of cleaning and drying. Themachine's flexibility, high output andcompactness makes the Batch Galaxypopular with large and small manufactur-ers alike.

FEATURES• FLEXIBILITY - The machine can be arranged to handle all types of polycarbon-

ate and vac-form moulds as well as plaques, containers and general utensils.

• COMPACT - The machine requires only a minimum of floor space yet is capa-ble of achieving an output that only much larger machines are able to replicate.

• LOW OPERATING COSTS - Only one operator is required for the BatchGalaxy. Water, energy and detergent consumption is minimal.

• EASY TO USE - Having loaded the moulds, containers or other items into themachine the door is closed and the wash programme selected. Following thewash cycle and a timed rinse a programmed drying period is initiated. At theend of the timed cycle the dry, clean moulds and containers are then available.
