▪ The project included chilled beams, construc on of a new elevator and sha , new MEP systems, and backup generator.  

▪ Also included a campus u li es upgrade package which involved running new chilled water piping from the campus power plant as well as upgraded electrical services.

Green House Residences at Stadium Place

▪ Ground-up construction of a LEED Silver, 44,560 SF, 4-storywith basement, 49-bed skilled nursing facility.

▪ This facility is the first in Maryland meeting all requirementsto be called a “Greenhouse” facility.

▪ Each floor has 10 “apartments” with individual handicappedaccessible bathrooms and lift systems.

▪ Each floor also has a commercial kitchen, as well as diningand living rooms, with built-in book cases and electricfireplaces. The facility also houses a spa/salon on each floor,and a physical therapy room.

▪ One half of the basement level is fit-out as offices forGEDCO; the nursing home is run by Catholic Charities.

▪ 4,000 SF ground-up masonry laboratory addition toan existing building. Work included a new rooftopunit, CCMS controls, and new electrical system.Shell finishes, including paint and dissipativeflooring.

▪ A major feature of the project included two RFshielded enclosures with 13 foot concrete pits thatwere built to house large experimental magnets.

▪ The site access was extremely tight and P-C workedwith the Owner and facilities manager to minimizedisruptions to the building’s occupants.
