Our menus are based on a three course structure. From the attached you will choose an appetizer, entrée and dessert to create your personal menu for your event. * Prices start at $80.00 per person. The Carriage House General Information

• The Carriage House seats a maximum of 56 guests, or can host 75 for a standing reception. Minimum number of guests is 20.

• To reserve The Carriage House, a deposit of $500.00 is required. This deposit is non-refundable and must be submitted to guarantee the use of the room. This deposit will be applied to the final total invoice owing. Deposit must be made with a credit card, which will then be used for all subsequent payments

• The Carriage House rental fee is $1000.00. This fee includes VEW tables, chairs, white linens, plating, cutlery, glassware and excluseve use of the property for photos.

• The Carriage House rental fee is subject to HST with wine and food prices being subject to HST taxes plus an 18% gratuity charge. (gratuity is subject to HST)

• The Carriage House may be utilized from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 5:30 p.m. to midnight.

• Three course menus are the base minimum in The Carriage House.

• Wines are tableside price per bottle, based on consumption.

• We serve VEW wine and food exclusively during the function.

• Wedding Ceremonies can be held on site - $150.00 setup/breakdown fee

• Head table and dance floor set-up are often not possible due to limited space in The Carriage House

• The Carriage House has indoor and outdoor speakers for guest use

• Menus, wine selections and timing of the event must be finalized and approved at least four weeks prior to the event date.

• Guaranteed number of guests must be submitted two weeks (14 days) prior to the event date for proper preparation. Should this number decrease, we must charge according to the number that was originally confirmed, or attendance, whichever is greater.

• Full food payment is to be submitted 14 days prior to the event.

• The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file on the first business day following the event.

• VEW reserves the right to make changes on food selections or wine selections without notice, depending on availability of the product and the discretion of the Chef.

• Decor may be brought into Vineland Estates Winery. Free standing decor only. Vineland Estates Winery does not supply or set up decor. Delivery of decor may be made one hour prior to event start time. All decor must be removed at the end of the event.

• We reserve the right to inspect and control all private functions. A damage fee will be charged if any special cleaning or repairs are required.

• No confetti

• No taping, stapling or affixing any items to the walls, floors or beams

• If event is cancelled within two weeks of booking date the client will be charged 50% of the total number of guests confirmed
