Students Report to School

First day of school for ALL students is Tuesday, September 8, 2020.

● We look forward to seeing our GROUP 2 students IN PERSON on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2020.

● Students in GROUP 1 will learn remotely on Tuesday, Sept. 8. Students should visit their teacher’s class page for details on how to connect remotely that first day.

○ Group 1 students will have their first “in-person” day on Wednesday, September 9, 2020.

Remember that ALL students are learning every day that schools are open, whether they are in-person that day or learning remotely.

Planning for Arrival Arrival Protocol:

> Parents must complete a daily, student, health-screening form on the Parent Portal to allow student entry into the classroom. More details and a sample of the form will be provided by the district this week.

> Students will be escorted or guided by staff from the bus to the grade-level assigned door when arriving at Johnson.

> Grade-level specific entrances and have been assigned.> Masks will be worn during all transitions.

Parent Drop Off:

> Parents will utilize front entrance from 9:10 to 9:25 am for parent drop offs. > All students dropped off in the front will be guided into the building right to their classroom..> Students arriving after 9:25 will need to be brought to the main entrance.> Staff will be on duty to assist with student transitions.

Managing Desks and Student Materials
