Goal? Reservation Price? What is your BATNA?My goal is to maintain a community that is not trashy and help the locals stay and live there. I plan to do so by attaining financial compensation for the disruption to help the city more adapted to the disruption and also plan for a community that keeps the French traditions and values. My reservation price is 250,000 euros a year. My BATNA is financial support from Mouse if decides not to support the community.

What are your sources of power?My source of power is my ability to affect the town and influence I have over the other mayors. We can cause major disruptions with protests and blockages, delays with permits, and bad publicity with press releases.

What is government’s source of power?Its powers include military, judicial, policy, and wealth. It could mandate the community to cooperate or bribe it.

What is your opening move/first strategy?

First I would talk with the other mayors first to learn about their interest. We will then make a cooperative strategy to talk with Mouse and government. I will give reasons why the government and Mouse should help us and what could do to help them. Then I raise my five issues and make requests to the government first and then to Mouse because that way I have two chances of getting my requests granted. I will also point out what will happen and how much more undesirable if they did not have our support.
