The 'Increment Management' screen provides functions allowing a
school to: Manage increments across 3 years for all staff in the
school in the one place Randomly select staff to increment in a
given year by specifying the number of staff See statistics on
increments for all 3 planner years, including number of eligible
staff, total staff and percentage breakdowns. Provision of
tick-boxes on the Employee Screen and Regular Earning screen
allowing increments to be quickly applied to a staff member. Note:
Because of the provision of these additional tools to manage
increments, staff in your read-only model will Not have increments

Increment Management Screen Step 1 Enter number of staff to
increment in the Incremented Staff box Step 2 Click on the Randomly
Select Staff button Step 3 Click on Save to complete incrementation
process Alternately select staff by ticking box beside employee,
refresh statistics and save

Increment Process - Employee Record Select incremental year and
click on apply

Employee Record Screen The employee screen is split into 3 main
components: Regular Earnings Absences (Leave) Allowances Note:
Higher Duties are now entered in as Regular Earnings by identifying
the start and end date and select the correct classification and
step.

Education Support Staff Changes to the Education Support
structure has meant that all staff are now 48/52 in regular
earnings with the leave purchase allowance for staff who are
working more than 48 weeks in the year. In the employee screen,
under allowances, annual hours of the leave purchased are entered
to calculate the liability. Note: All current staff will have this
allowance created automatically, staff added to models will need to
have this allowance added and annual hours entered. Changes to the
