Re: 2014 Annual Fire Safety Inspection
A fire safety inspection was completed on this date. The
deficiencies noted shall be corrected within the time period
specified:
1. Observed the office area door was observed wedged open. This
has been continuously
cited. This door also did not provide a positive latch.
2. The annual fire alarm inspection was not completed. All
records provided for the required
inspection were for the sprinkler inspection. The ringing of the
fire alarm during the annual
flow test and tamper inspection do not qualify for a required
annual inspection for the fire
alarm.
