Photography

Emerald Resort & Casino boasts some of the most

beautiful displays of nature with a natural Vaal River

backdrop, allowing your photographer to capture gorgeous

moments of your wedding.

We recommend your Photographer to be onsite before the

function starts to view areas for wedding pictures.

No photos may be taken in the Casino.

Menus

• All menus are seasonal

• All menus require a minimum of 10 working days confirmation• Menus may be altered and/or changed according to theme, note surcharges may apply• Surcharges apply to all dietary meals and require a minimum of 10 working days in advance• Specialised kids meals are available on request

Beverages• Bar facilities are fully licensed• All beverage arrangements and selections are required 14 working days in advance• Special requests on beverages, require 14 working days in advance

General• Additional surcharges apply to Wedding Parties exceeding 400 guests. Enquire with your coordinator. • Packages are valid from 3 June - 31 December 2017

All Outsourced Suppliers:Our wedding coordinator will provide you with a variety of different suppliers to suite your wedding theme. You may provide your own suppliers however please familiarise yourself with the below stipulated procedures, to allow a smooth running process for all involved:• Suppliers to provide their own set-up staff, we do not supply any set-up staff for outsourced suppliers.• Set-up and strike down times must be honoured at all times. Note when suppliers are late this will delay the entire day's proceedings.• Strike down times will be confirmed in writing by the coordinator.
