High Speed Broadband Connectivity Project

We have to deploy high speed broadband connectivity (With optical fiber) to each

village in India.

Here is how we can bring Mobile and E-banking services to Rural Area (to Every

Village).

>>How to achieve this costly project with the limitations of our country

economy below are the suggestions.

a) Invite the ISP provider with incentives plan’s for their services for the few

years depends upon the business earnings can stop the incentives. (ISP’s

Airtel, BSNL).

b) Invite the Corporate people into investment and NGO’s for the mission.

c) Enable PPP Mode.

Once above said project got deployed

1. Here we have real challenges that our 90% people don’t have knowledge on

E-Banking and its benefits. People don’t know what is e-banking, how it

works and how to work on application, how we can do daily online activity

and how we get benefited.

>>To create awareness and motivate the people through hosting television

based (through TV channel) program.it has to be done through private channel

which has high TRP Rate and notGov. Channel because people don’t see Gov.

How to build this awareness and motivation program through television

below are the points.

a) First point is to give them basic idea on what is E-banking services and how

its benefits you (People) for a month (Basic aspects).Its presented as 10Min

Advertisement because advertisement in private channels are very effective.

b) Create an ads. That has step to take common people to, how to access

website, how to login to website, how to create beneficiary account, how to

transfer money. It’s also presented as 10Min Advertisement after 30 days of

above program.it has to continue for few months.

a) Central Gov. already planned for above project so I am not discussing on

it.

b) However I would like to explain why this plan to be added ,because when

we don’t have account for individual ,there is no point In discussing E-

Banking System in rural Area. Hence each family must have bank account

in village.

E-Banking Cyber Zone Center Project

Here we have another big project for to come out from these

challenges

>>Once after few months, people looking for the practical aspects that they

can do it. However they don’t have physical assets, like computer, internet

service to their homes.

1) Establish E-Banking Cyber Zone Centre for each village in government

library ->which consists of 5 pc’s and one computer engineer with

qualification Diploma ,BSC,BCA which appointed state gov. or we can train

the library man if he capable of it. So this help creates jobs, computer

production in IT industry and library resources are used effectively.

>>Enable PPP mode to achieve with cost effective manner give tax

concession for IT companies those who provide services. (Set up

complete lab environment)

2) Roles and responsibilities of Computer engineer -> he has to bring

interested people to E-Banking Cyber zone center and train the peoples

,how to work on systems and how to use E-Banking application ,teach the

benefits of E-Banking .

3) Very important role to Engineer, he has to achieve by training 1000

people every quarter and this is to be reviewed by state Gov. Concern

department.

Benefits of digital India project

I am going to discuss two categories of Benefits

1) Peoples Benefits: - a) It benefits people of India in every village in terms of knowledge improve by using

internet day to day life.

b) Each person will be having bank account, it will help money savings and it helps

financially strong .it also helps indirect countries economy growths)

c) It helps reducing their time for banking work (In rural banks if you wanted to deposit

money or withdraw money it takes one day time for to wait big queue).

d) Totally he can benefit in all aspects.

2) Country Growth:- a) Mainly country will get boost to Economic growth.

b) Employment Creation.

c) Production limit gets increase

d) Country can get benefited in many sector, such as agriculture, rural E- education etc.

Above said points plan executed succefully, starting years no result because everything new

in environment ,second years takes slow growth ,after five years it can be achieved 80%

percent. Then later within 10years we can have 100% results with complete digital India

vision.
