Service charges 8.33% of CTC (Excluding statutory payments i.e. PF, Super annotation & Bonus) Excluding Service Tax up to Deputy Manager Designation.

In case the candidate leaves service on his / her own within 3 month, another candidate will be given, without any charges.

We are not responsible for criminal or misconduct records or acts of the candidates selected / referred by us nor we are responsible for any legal dispute between the company and the candidate.

If a candidate referred by us is not selected & later we find that He / She is working for the company within 12 months from their first interview Conducted, then it `will be considered a placement through Paradise Placement Consultancy and the company will have to pay the requisite Charges.

We would place you our bill within a period of 1 month from joining date of candidates by name of Paradise Placement Consultancy payable at Aurangabad.To be Continue ……

On failure of payment within stipulated time period, 2% interest will be valid on actual amount and replacement will not be valid.

No change can be made to these Terms & Condition without agreement of parties. Any Amendments will be confirmed by the Consultant, in writing if its need.

The Consultant shall not be responsible for any losses suffered by the Client as a Result of the non suitability of the said candidate or arising in any respect from the Contract of engagement with the candidate

Invoices of aid Consult in regard to executive Search are payable latest after 10 Days of Invoice date.
