Entrepreneurship Management Development Programme(EMDP)

EMDP Cell inculcates Entrepreneurial skills among budding technocrats. Eminent

Resource person from Ren Acadamic,Thanjavur. Mr.K.N.Balaji delivered lecture and

shared the ideas and knowledge to the students.

State Level EMDP Soft skill Training Program “How to Succeed in Interview” was

organized for the students in various Polytechnics in Tamil Nadu on 13.08.2013.

180 students participated in this programme.

Career Guidance programmes & Soft Skill programmes were organized for the III Year

students of our polytechnic on 27.8.13.

Career Guidance Programme Career Guidance Programme is organised to provide the students with current

information they need, to help them find jobs, build skills, explore options and plan for

the future. Every year, the Career Guidance Programme is arranged in association with

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd., Trichy.

Career Guidance Programme has been conducted to all our final year students. The main

aim of conducting this programme is to inculcate Entrepreneurial Qualities, Interview

techniques & effective communication.
