must RSVP to Liz at [email protected] or 952-994-7870. At least one leader or parent attending camp needs to
attend the meeting—Pixie reserves the right to deny your troop acceptance into camp for failure to attend a meeting. If
this day and time is a major problem for your troop, please let Liz know so other arrangements can be made.
SERVICE PROJECT 2016: This year we are going to collect monetary donations for The Twin Cities Habitat for Humanities Program. This program builds,
rehabs, and repairs homes, educate families about homeownership, counsels families in danger of foreclosure, and advocates for
affordable housing solutions. Every dollar you donate results in almost $2.00 of economic activity in our community. 88.8% of the
money donated goes to the programs and services that they offer. Pixie will collect funds and send them in one envelope. Cash or
checks will be accepted.

SERIOUSLY consider attending the training session—even if this is not your first time at
camp—things change from year to year and you will benefit from hearing this year’s plan
for camp.
Dress for the weather (or possible weather). Dress to get dirty—remember this is camp!
Pixie Valley will be held Rain or Shine. No Umbrellas allowed—use poncho’s instead.
Check-In is from 9am-9:45am. You will be required to review your forms (Permission
Slips and Health forms, Roster is to be left at Registration). You will receive your schedule
for the day at check-in as well as other important camp instructions.

Full closed toe/heal shoes are mandatory for all ADULTS & GIRLS!
Please make sure to follow all Safety Wise guidelines for a troop outing.
Absolutely NO SIBLINGS (younger or older) are permitted to attend Pixie Valley.
We have allotted extra time at the first station for a meet and greet activity as well as
announcements. Each group will be staying together throughout the entire day—might as
well get to know a little something about one another.
Cookie Credits CAN NOT be used to help pay for camp.
If you have ANY questions—do not hesitate to ask—we want all of our leaders that attend
camp to feel fully prepared for the day’s events.
