The Horned Toad is also called the
horny toad. Its habitat is the desert.
They are black and grey to blend in or
camouflage with rocks. They can be
found on the continent of North
America. Near and around Wyoming.
They can get up to 8 to 10.5 inches.
They eat ants, crickets, grasshoppers,
beetles, worms, and flies. Fun fact itsnot a toad nor a frog, its a lizard.

wonderful world of amphibians. This
here is a Houston toad. My toad is
found in Texas. His color is light brown
to gray or purplish gray. His size is 2 to
3.5 inches long. The pale undersides of
them have small, dark spots. His habitat
requires loose, deep, sand supportingwoodland. His diet consists mainly of
insects and other invertebrates. I like to
tell you a fun fact about this toad. He
lives up to 2 to 3 years.
