Sanjeev is the Managing Director of Progressive Intelligence Limited, a business strategy and operations consultancy with offices in the US, UK and India. He launched its trusted Advisory practice in 2004, to assist investors and management boards of his clients to address business transformation challenges.

Over the last 25+ years, Sanjeev has worked and invested across diverse industry sectors. He serves on the Boards of hi-tech start-ups and takes on CxO roles to lead large-scale business and operational transformation programs. Sanjeev also conducts operations due diligence on behalf of VC and PE firms, assessingthe risk and upside of acquiring under-performing businesses. He is experienced at post-merger consolidation plans and creating roadmaps to re-vector a business and its value proposition.He has vast experience and know-how in the telecom sector, having previously served as CIO and VP Operations for a $4.3B mobile satellite communications firm.

John is a commercial outsourcing and information technology specialist with over 20 years experience. He joined Osborne Clarke earlier this month, having previously spent the last 8 years managing the commercial, technology and telecoms group at Stephenson Harwood. John has a diverse practice which also includes exposure to Middle Eastern markets in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

John structured and devised the UK's first Sharia'h compliant outsourcing which was to set up the UK's first dedicated Sharia'h compliant insurer, Principle Insurance Holdings, and set up an innovative on-line portal which handles all of the UK's routine road traffic accident claims.

John's team at Stephenson Harwood won the National Outsourcing Association's Outsourcing Advisor of the Year award in 2009 and were shortlisted for the same award in 2011.
