Seamless Steel

Pipes

Seamless steel pipe (SMLS) is formed by drawing a solid billet over a piercing rod to create

the hollow shell, without welding or seam. It is suitable for bending and flanging. The most

advantage is increasing the ability of withstanding higher pressure. So it is widely used for

boiler and pressure vessel, automotive area, oil well, and equipment components.

Seamless steel pipe can be cut, threaded or grooved. And the coating method includes

black / red lacquer, varnish painting, hot dip galvanization, etc.

ERW (Electric Resistance

Welded) Steel Pipes

Description

Welded steel pipe is formed by rolling plate and welding the

seam. It is cost-effective pipe with tighter Dimensional toler-

ances and less weight. ... And we mainly supply HFW (High

frequency welding) pipe in advanced technology.

The weld seam of HFW pipe is heat treated af-

ter welding that no untempered martensite remains.

Malleable / Ductile Iron

Threaded Pipe Fittings

Description

EFLO Fittings are cast by white iron. Through the anneal-

ing heat treatment, the brittle structure as first cast is

transformed into the malleable form, so to get its name.

They come in black and galvanized finishes, applying for

fire protection service in accordance with the NFPA 13, &

14.

They must be matched to the supply pipe diameter, which governs total

gallons per minute (gpm), so that they do not exceed the ability of the

system to deliver equal water pressure to all sprinklers. There are also guide-

lines for the number of bends allowed, governed by the length of the flexi-

ble line.

Flexible Sprinkler Drop

Flexible fire sprinkler drops can be used in both wet and dry systems. They

include a bracket that holds the sprinkler head in place. This helps con-

tractors position the sprinkler head accurately in the center of tiles in drop

ceiling applications. These drops also provide the adaptability to the

movement required in earthquake-prone areas.

The higher initial cost relative to a solid pipe style may be a deterrent. But

in light of the much lower assembly time, price becomes less of a consider-

ation when assessing costs throughout an entire fire sprinkler system. A

sprinkler fitter can install flexible drops four or more times faster than rigid

alternative

Expansion Joint / Bellows

Expansion joints are used in piping systems to absorb thermal expansion or terminal movement where the use of expansion loops is undesirable

or impractical. Expansion joints are available in many different shapes and materials.

The expansion joint is also known as expansion bellows. They are designed to control the movement in pipework & safely absorb the tempera-

ture-induced expansion and contraction of construction materials, to absorb vibration, to hold parts together.

Description

Designed for the suspension of non-insulated stationary pipe lines. The knurled insert nut that

allows a vertical adjustment after installation, is tapped to NFPA reduced rod size standards.

Captured knurled insert nut present on pipe sizes 1⁄2” (15mm) to 2″ (50mm). The capture is

permanent in the bottom portion of the band, allowing the hanger to be opened during

installation if desired, but preventing the knurled insert nut from falling completely out.

Conduit Pipe and Fittings

Description

Conduit Pipe and Fittings are durable tubing or other types of

enclosure used to protect and provide a route for individual elec-

trical wiring conductors. Conduit is typically required where wiring

is exposed or where it might be subject to damage. A conduit can

be made of metal or plastic and may be rigid or flexible. All con-

duit is installed with compatible fittings (couplings, elbows, con-

nectors) and electrical boxes, usually made of the same or similar

material. Conduit must be installed in accordance with the Nation-

al Electrical Code (NEC) and all applicable local code rules.

Fire Performance

Cable

Description

Fire Performance Cables are intended for applications requiring

circuit integrity during fire. These cables generate very low smoke

and are halogens free thus helping to save human life and protect

the sensitive equipments.

Fire performance cables improves safety, reduces fire damages to

buildings or equipments and provides extra time to escape during

fire.
