PIPELINE OIL & GAS EQUIPMENT was established in 2003 with the purpose of providingdesign, engineering, fabrication, testing, training, commissioning of skid mounted systemsin the Oil & Gas Industries. Our staff has vast experience providing equipment incompliance with international standards to meet all project requirements.Our vision is to be a premier integrator by providing solutions for the design, engineering, fabrication, testing, training and commissioning of packages utilized in the Oil & Gas Industries.

Since our beginning we have had continual growth; becoming a company with a significant customer base and capacity for expansion. Today we have one division that performs and develops our main objectives, design, engineering and training. The testing and fabrication are performed with ASME certified subcontractors within facilities of more than 80000 square feet run by qualified personnel trained to face the unique challenges of every project.

Presently, we serve a group of customers which develop small to large offshore and onshore projects in the domestic and international markets.

QUALITY CONTROL


At the finalization of each project a data book is provided with documentation pertaining to the project, Drawings, MTRs; data sheets, certificates; welding procedures and welders qualification records NDE and other documents; all in reference to the fabrication scope.

PROJECTS DEVELOPED


• In each case; the systems are designed and fabricated based on the specifications of the end user or contractor. The specifications shall be in compliance to the international norms and standards, such as; ASME, API; MSS‐SP, ANSI, ASTM, and other norms requested by the client depending where the project is being developed; example, Mexican norms such as; NRF‐020, NRF028, NRF‐032, NRF‐096, NRF‐0178 and others.

• We provide a complete data book at the end of each project that contains all documentation, such as drawings; procedures; calculations; NDE (Non Destructive Examination) qualifications, certifications; manuals; etc which support the integrity of the vessels; piping and system including instruments; valves; meters; etc.

• The Non destructive examination is registered and reported including the technician’s certificates that support the qualification and level of each one.

• At the beginning Welding Procedures and Welder Qualification Records are submitted for evaluation before proceeding with fabrication.

• Calculations for the vessel sizing; mechanical integrity; simulation; and structural are submitted when applicable for evaluation.

WELL TESTING CONTRACT


In order to measure the production volumen coming from three different wells in theHuron Evaluation Field; before they were mixed with the Piedemonte Asociation Contract, a well testing contract was signed with UT Pipeline Colombia SAS / ISOWELL SAS to installa meter separator system (see picture next slide), which confirmed the correct flowaccount of the fluids in accordance to the E&P Niscota Contract.

This contract was signed between the joint Venture of ISOWELL S.A.S and PIPELINE OIL & GAS EQUIPMENT INC COLOMBIA S.A.S. This last is a Joint Venture between GLOBAL WELDING SERVICES INC and PIPELINE OIL & GAS EQUIPMENT INC in Houston. The contractin Colombia South America was signed with EQUION ENERGIA; a subsidiary of ECOPETROL SA.

The unit is a Three Phase Meter Separator ANSI 900 54” X 20’ ; pressure 144 kg/cm2 and 160 Fº ; NACE MR‐01‐75. Gas and liquids were measured by an Orifice meter and Turbine Meters respectively.
