These program enables target potential students who are
not able to attend and benefit from traditional classroom
based learning because of commitments such as full time
jobs etc. In today’s changing times it is at times necessary
to do away with traditional learning and instead opt for
distance/online learning. A perfectly valid certificate/
diploma can be legitimately earned via distance/online
learning. It is a fact that many HR departments and
employers value those employees showing the initiative,
responsibility and capacity for self improvement while still
at their workplace.

Single subject /Certificate - A pass in KCSE or relevant experience
Diploma - A pass in KCSE or related Certificate/work experience.
Adv. Diploma - A Diploma or KCSE with relevant work experience
Admissions will take into account all prior learning and professional
experience of the applicant in the related field. Consideration will
also be on whether the Student will opt for internal or external
exams.
Students will be required to fill an application form and
attach all required documents and testimonials.They may
thereafter be invited for an interview. A non-refundable
admission fee of KShs 2000 will be paid by successful
students to secure their places. Admissions is open
throughout the year but may depend with exam bodies.
Single Subjects - 60 USD (Kshs 5,000)
Certificates - 230 USD (Kshs 20,000)
Diploma - 700 USD (kshs 60,000)
Adv. Diploma - 1,200 USD (Kshs 100,000)

1. The certificate programs will be for duration of 3 to 6 months& will be com
composed of a minimum of 6 modules/subjects (18 credits)
2. The Diploma programs will be for duration of a minimum of one year &
will have a minimum of 12 modules/subjects (36 credits)
3. The Advanced Diploma will be for duration of two years with a minimum
of 24 modules/subjects (72 credits). there is an option for
transferring credits (one year) from the diploma level.
Previous learning credits/professional experience credits may be
transferred to enable students complete their programs at shorter
durations and with reduced workload.
