Purpose

• Correlate Test Platform 2 to Test Platform 1 using Pin vs. Pout sweep.

• Demonstrate second approach for correlating two Pin vs. Pout curves.

Definition

• Test Platform 1 - Reference platform• Test Platform 2 - Uncorrelated platform• Relative Pout difference/delta – The difference

between Pout (from Test Platform 1) – Pout (from Test Platform 2) at the same Pin level
