infrastructure components. Honeywell is deploying Experion

PKS and its advanced applications in a virtual environment,

allowing the customer to do more with less while improving

Process Control Innovations

Experion R400 is value-packed with a range of new

capabilities:

The new Profibus Gateway provides redundancy, ease ofengineering effectiveness and cost reductions.

OneWireless integration lowers installation andengineering costs.

The integrated Turbomachinery control system paired withC300 offers a unified control system for the boiler, turbineand power plant. This complete system providesimproved plant performance through better coordination ofthe boiler and turbine, and helps in saving on installationcost, as well as operation and maintenance costs.

Foundation Fieldbus enhancements reduce downtime andsupport more effective operations and increasedcompatibility, while reducing testing and checkout times.

Custom algorithm blocks (CAB) on the C300 controlleroffer advanced control platforms embedded in thecontroller. Running the CAB blocks within the simple androbust C300 control now adds fault-tolerance andredundancy to this advanced process controlprogramming capability.

cluster and an increased number of Stations that connect to
