PCCOE ACHIEVEMENTS
1. KPIT Technologies recruited 155 students of only PCCOE 2017 batch. All these students will be trained by KPIT Technologies for 80 hours and will get CORE TECHNICAL JOB PROFILES.
2. PCCOE students got 526 placement offers in the year 2015-2016. Along with UG, our ME,MBA & MCA students also got good placement offers.
3. PCCOE is ranked in top 150- 200 Engineering Colleges across the Country by Ministry of HRD’s NIRF ranking 2016.
4. 140 patents have been filed by PCCOE faculty & students in last couple of years.
5. PCET Conducted 8th National Conference on Industry Institute Interaction (NCIII)- 2016 on 28th March 2016. Around 2,700 delegates from across the country (1800 Students, 225 Industry Professionals, 500 Faculties & 175 Traning & Placement Officers [TPO]) participated in the event. Hon.Shri. Kishor Patil -MD & CEO of KPIT Technologies inauguarated the event.
6. PCCOE is Accreditated by National Board of Accreditation (NBA), New Delhi permanently affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University & is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Institute.
7. TCS selected 125, 104, 101 & 123 PCCOE students respectively from 2011 to 2015. Fast 3 companies (KPIT Technologies 154, CAP Gemini 37 & Tech Mahinra33) recruited 224 of Sudents of PCCOE in the year 2016-2017
8. First 3 companies recruited 251 students of PCCOE (TCS-125, L&T infotech-87 & KPIT-39) in the year 2014-2015.
9. PCCOE has strict academic discipline. Hence most of the students pass in Distiction/ First Class. 60% of First Year students (407 out of 687) passed with distinction & 10% of First Year students (74 out of 687) passed in First Class. Total 70% FE students (481 out of 687) passed in Distinction/First class during Year 2014-15.
10. PCCOE faculty have published around 900 Research publications & have authored 11 books in last couple of years.
11. Additional inputs like Art of Living, Soft Skills, Aptitude Skills, Industry Sponsored Projects, Foreign Language & Add on Technical courses like Microsoft IT, IBM RedHat, PLC, SCADA, CATIA Training etc. are regularly given to students.
12. We run GRE, GATE classes in PCCOE itself and many of our students score very high marks in these exams each year. Many Alumni are doing higher education in World Famous institutes like Michigan Tech University (USA), Windsor University (Canada), California State University (USA), TU Kaiserslautern University (Germany), State University of New York (USA), University of Texas (USA), IIT Kharagpur, BARC etc.
13. Around 150+ Companies conduct recruitment drives each year to recruit PCCOE students. 14. PCCOE has placed around 16,500 students from across India in 5 years through off campus/Pool campus recruitment drives.
15. PCCOE students won 1st Prize of Rs. One Lakh for "Best Engineering Design" at SAE BAJA competition in January 2014 where many IIT & NIT students also participated.

¦ We at PCCOER have set up e-yantra lab which is an initiative by IIT Bombay that aims to create next generation of
embedded system Engineers.
