PDC’s New Stand Design:Leading the Way Into the 21st CenturyWe are proud to introduce the next generation ofreactor stands and the latest in a series of industry-changing solutions offered by PDC. This stand makes useof an extruded aluminum structural framework andmechanical components, which allows us to easily provideour customers, at a very reasonable cost, a distinctivecombination of the following:
� Reactor body that lowers on pneumatic cylinders whilethe cover, with all its instrument and feed connections,remains fixed, providing convenient access to the vesselinterior.
� After being lowered, the reactor body pivots 180degrees and/or tilts on its center of gravity for pouringor dumping or to simplify cleaning.
� Reactor bodies of various sizes are easilyinterchangeable on the same stand.
� Support stands are made of standard structuralextrusions, so auxiliary equipment can be attachedwithout drilling, which simplifies future expansion ormodification.

Syringe PumpsMetering Syringe Pumps for PositiveDisplacement Pump Injection ApplicationsAs a long respected syringe pump manufacturer, PDCMachines designs rugged metering syringe pumps for anextremely accurate injection of fluids irrespective ofviscosity into a system at a consistent flow and constantoutput pressure. For these positive displacement pumps,we design both single and double barrel syringe pumpsetups for batch and continuous flow operations. In acontinuous flow operation, one barrel is discharging fluid,while the other retracts, pressurizes to set pressure andgets ready for transfer.
