The pretty village of Westwell is situated about 4 miles to the north west of Ashford approached via country lanes yet easily accessible to the M20 motorway (Jct 9). The village has a popular inn and pretty parish church along with a playing field and many walks and rides. Just before the brow of the hill turn left into the woods, up a steeper lane for about 30 yards and Pilgrims Cottage is almost immediately on the left.
