Instructions

1. To create the tag base, cut a 4 !” x 9 "” rectangle from “Focal Point.” Cut the corners diagonally to create a tag shape and punch a hole in the top, center area of the tag.

2. Adhere 4 x 7 #” strip cut from “Delicate Details” to tag base.

3. Create a pocket by cutting a 4 !” x 4 !” square from “Focal Point” and scor !” on three sides and fold scor lines. Use a bone folder or straight edge to make a sharp crease. In the lower corners of the folds a square is cre-ated, cut on the fold lines.

6. Using glue dots, adhere chipboard buttons to two of the flower centers, fold petals inward and attach flowers diagonally on the left side of the pocket. (Use a foam square to adhere the flower that is on top.

7. Punch a hole in the center of the third flower and place it over the hole at the top of the tag, pull ribbon through and tie and bow.

8. Cut 2 images from “Ageless Beauty” and place inside pocket.

4. Cut a 3 "” x 7 "” strip cut from “Fashion Plates” and slide into pocket. Adhere 3 sides of the pocket to the back of the strip. Adhere to tag.

5. Adhere metal tag to the center of the pocket. Place sticker from the Alphabet Sticker Sheet in the center of the tag.
