SAMPLE PREPARATION / EVENT TIPS

Today you will be promoting four flavors of Good Belly Juice: Mango, Blueberry Acai, Blackberry, and Tropical Green, plus two flavors of

Kellogg's Nutrigrain Bars: Chocolate Raspberry and Apple Cinnamon at your Publix store.

**Purchase the featured flavors of the Good Belly Juice with the VIP coupons in your kits for free products. You will have two extra coupons

and are authorized to purchase more of any of the flavors if needed.

To sample the Good Belly Juice:

Nestle the bottles in a bowl surrounded by ice to display the featured products that you are sampling.

- Pour 1 oz. of the chilled juice in a soufflé cup. You should yield 32 serving samples per bottle for a total of 128 serving samples.

-Rotate through the flavors. Shoppers may taste any flavor(s) they would like to sample.

- Hand to interested shoppers letting them know what flavor they are tasting, product attributes, price points and location in the store.

-Please encourage the shoppers to sign up for our 12 Day Belly Reboot via their email address – more info is on the training deck attached

to this manual.

- Cut each bar into 8 equal pieces.

- Place 1 piece in a soufflé cup and serve to interested shoppers. You should yield 64 serving samples from two boxes, for a total of 128

serving samples.

- Hand to interested shoppers letting them know what flavor they are tasting, product attributes, price points and location in the store.

- Rotate through the flavors. Shoppers may taste any flavor(s) they would like to sample.

- Make the sale!

PLEASE NOTE: If your store is low on inventory or out of any of the featured flavors, you are authorized to purchase more of another of the

featured flavors.

PRIOR TO EVENT

Review your kit contents for accuracy.

Conduct your pre-call to the store 3-Days before your event and verify with the receiving clerk that the product would be available

the day of the event. If you receive a negative response contact your supervisor to possibly reschedule the event.

If event requires a debit card / gift card purchase, please activate your debit card the day before your event.

EXECUTING THE EVENT

Check in with the retailer required manager (e.g. Customer Service Manager/Store or Department Manager) describing your event and

ask to set up in a high traffic area near your product.

Verify there is adequate inventory of the product(s) involved in your project and, if applicable, report beginning inventory on your

PromoReports Form.

Look for a secondary display of Good Belly Juice, Nutrigrain Bars. If located, please set up your table near this display, with manager

approval.

POST EVENT

Return display product used on table to the shelf. This is product displayed on your table ONLY, NOT product you have purchased.

DO NOT take product purchased for sampling out of the store. Leave any leftover product with the Store Manager or Customer

Service.

Clean up, breakdown your table and leave your area as you found it.

Complete your PromoReport® Form and obtain a store stamp and a manager’s signature.

Why do I need to take my GoodBelly every day?
