JAMES BEGLEY, CO-FOUNDER / EXEC. DIRECTOR / BOARD MEMBER

James began his career playing AFL with St. Kilda and Adelaide, before moving into leadership development where he has advised high profile organisations including CGU, Bendigo Bank, Fremantle Football Club, Mirvac and Landcorp.

This crossover between elite sport and the corporate world led to the development of the PickStar idea.

MATTHEW PAVLICH, CO-FOUNDER / BOARD MEMBER

Regarded as Fremantle Football Club’s greatest player, Matthew has been named All-Australian and club best and fairest winner six times in an AFL career that has passed 300 games.

Matthew is President of the AFL Players Association and has maintained corporate relationships with Channel 7, Homeloans, Woodside, Crown Perth, the West Australian, Motorplan and Adidas. He is also completing his MBA at the University of Western Australia.

ANDREW MONTESI, PR / MARKETING

Andrew’s career has extended across professional services, TV news and sports marketing. He is a former 9 News Sport Reporter and communications advisor to the Adelaide Football Club.

He is also co-founder of global social network TalkLife, collaborating with Microsoft Research, Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
