The Role Our PI Consultants will be involved in the delivery of implementations for support, changes and projects to our large customer base. As a key member of the Development Team you will ensure the design and realisation of technical solutions are fit for purpose and delivered against stated business requirements. PI consultants will be required to complete PI estimates, carry out problem resolution of issues raised by customers and the creation of technical specs and documentation. Candidates may serve as team members or team leads and be able to work independently on client site if required. We are looking for consultants that can build credibility and trust. Key Tasks Ability to perform the role of PI Consultant on Support, Enhancements and Projects Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the Customer and Edenhouse organisations Design and implement best practise PI solutions appropriate to Customer requirements and standards Manage Enhancements and Incidents through to completion adhering to Edenhouse and Customer standards. Delivery of complex solutions across a variety of different industry sectors Develop familiarity with client operations Fosters and maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues to meet expected customer service levels Any other reasonable duty or request Desired Skills and Experience Solid PI experience (3+ years) PI version 7.0 and above Seeburger configuration and support ccBPM SOAP adapter experience
