The colors are wine and silver blue. Pi Beta Phi has 135 chapters through- out the United States and Canada. There are more than 240,000 mem- bers of Pi Beta Phi.

Alabama Beta is also involved in many honor societies:

•The national philanthropy of Pi Beta Phi is Links to Literacy.

•Alabama Beta works constantly with local elementary schools and the

Tuscaloosa Boys and Girls club to tutor and mentor students in reading. • Each week members go to Holt

Elementary and read with the third grade students, giving them necessary one-on-one attention and help with their reading

skills. •Our philanthropy is unique in that we get the opportunity to be hands on and see the results of their effort each week
