The content and format of the program does not pro- mote the proprietary interest of any commercial in- terests. This CEU/CME program is free of commercial bias and does not promote products or services. CEU and CME must promote improvements in health- care and therefore a “balanced view” means that rec- ommendations or emphasis must fairly represent, and be based on, a reasonable and valid interpreta- tion of the information available. “A balanced view of therapeutic options” also means that no single prod- uct or service is over represented in the education activity when others equal but competing products or services are available for inclusion. The program agenda demonstrates this balanced view. Eleven (11) CEU and CME will be awarded to participants.
