Physical Fitness Improving Tips We all have many activities to do, we stay so busy that exercise becomes almost impossible to us and in some cases we produce more stress than tranquility. But our health is a reflection of our quality of life and we all want to have a life of quality. The biggest obstacle to exercise is not often our will or desire but our time, and we have to do so many things, we do not have time to exercise. I had an experience that marked my life. Many years ago one athletes told me that his father wanted to exercise but had no time. After a few days when the father picked up his son training he told me that having your own business, because I was focused on bringing money home, he had no time to exercise. For over a year I stopped watching this father until one day an athlete called me and telling me that he could not attend training because his father had a heart attack. The situation had reached such a point that the father had to stand for more than three months, had to perform and analyze expensive ingesting expensive drugs, about 6 months after I learned that the father lost his business, his statement was very disappointing and

Physical Fitness Improving Tips

We all have many activities to do, we stay so busy that exercise becomes almost impossible to us and in some cases we produce more stress than tranquility.

But our health is a reflection of our quality of life and we all want to have a life of quality.

The biggest obstacle to exercise is not often our will or desire but our time, and we have to do so many things, we do not have time to exercise.

I had an experience that marked my life. Many years ago one athletes told me that his father wanted to exercise but had no time.

After a few days when the father picked up his son training he told me that having your own business, because I was focused on bringing money home, he had no time to exercise.

For over a year I stopped watching this father until one day an athlete called me and telling me that he could not attend training because his father had a heart attack.

The situation had reached such a point that the father had to stand for more than three months, had to perform and analyze expensive ingesting expensive drugs, about 6 months after I learned that the father lost his business, his statement was very disappointing and life had entered a slump from which he did not know how to get out, which had caused his depression.

Although the story sounds negative, this is a real case, this can happen if we do not take care of the great and precious tool that has given us our body.

Steps to improve our physical health

1. The first step to improve our health is to find time to exercise.2. The second step is to know how we are and what we can improve. A medical exam and blood

tests may be the cheapest way to avoid stopping at a hospital.3. The third step is what we call Intelligent Multi Sport Triton training exercise without knowing

10. Listen to your body, do not do anything you feel you may hurt, if you feel that the exercise you do will produce a bad, stop doing, even if you feel that it does not make you the charity you want to get, change of routine.

11. Enjoy routines performed, if the exercises you are performing not make you welcome, change them immediately, you are to enjoy what you do, no other obligation to have more, please just exercises in which you feel well.

12. You can choose home exercise machine without going any gym outside your room.
