PHS Offers Three Unique Plans:Start with the Proactive Home Protection Assessment. In the initial assessment our goal is to thoroughly review your homes basic components and its current condition. At the completion of the assessment we will discuss what plan best suits your needs and guarantee delivery of a detailed summary within 24 hours. If at that time you commit to one of our plans, we will waive our $95.00 assessment fee.Initial Assessment of Home and Condo: $95.00
