(13/12/13) This was the launching ceremony of Pesta Ang Pow. After the briefing and introduction by excos, we sat in groups to socialise and had ice-breaking session so as to get to know further about each other.

(13/12/13) Right after the launching ceremony, an audition was being carried out. Being a responsible person with the desire of joining the 24 seasons drum team, I gave all out during the audition and I succeeded to be part of the team and prepared to deliver my responsibilities.

Being a responsible AJK with the desire of participation, I attended every meeting and training, together with other AJKs in proper attire and always on time. This can be shown by the attendance list. I have shown good time management while delivering my responsibilities which included to attend every meeting. I prepared myself fully before attending any of the meetings and practices. During meetings, I paid full attention and listened attentively. I also involved myself actively in every discussion by contributing creative and useful ideas.

This was the first drum training we had. I carried out my

responsibility as an AJK by grabbing all the information and techniques taught. We used tables to practice the basic skills of playing 24

seasons drum.

The video is about the process of our own selves practice on basic skills that have been taught. As a responsible member, I took the initiative to practice with other members while sharing the correct posture and techniques in playing the rhythm with each other.

As every department was given task on designing T-shirt and logo,

being a responsible AJK, after discussing with other teammates, we had come out with the T-shirt

designs. I modified the designs for a few times before the finalised

version had been decided.

Being a responsible AJK, I always be punctual while

attending drum trainings and practices. This was the first theory class about the basic

knowledge of 24 seasons drum. I always paid full concentration

during each training.

Everytime before and after our training or practice, we

will listen to feedbacks from excos in charge and

exchange ideas with them. With that, we accepted their comments and learnt from

our mistakes. I always recalled what had been said, and tried my best to improve my performing skills, deiven

by the sense of responsibility.

These were the music scores that I had jotted

down after the first training, as I knew that

was my responsibility to ensure that I was

familiar with all the rhythms and moves. These were the basic

theories of 24 seasons drum. These were part

of the moves we planned to have before

the arrival of coach after discussing with each

other.

This was the costume that we had decided after few discussion and voting among all members. I delivered my responsibility by

looking for the costumes and by doing surveys on all the similar clothing available

in the market.

(22/2/14) Before the day of marketing operation, an operation

for our financial planning, a briefing was conducted by the excos in

charge to convey their messages to us. I carried out my duty by

listening to them attentively while jotting down all the important

reminders.

(22/2/14) Before the day of marketing operation,

being an assistant of one the groups, I was

responsible in managing all the documents and

preparing receipts for sponsorships.

(22/2/14) These were the maps for the areas and

sections we were in charge of. As the assistant of the

group, I was responsible in searching the maps for both respective areas, Chow Kit and Hang Tuah, to identify

the routes and directions we were heading to.

(23/2/14) This was the briefing session on the day

of marketing operation. Being responsible AJK, I, together with other AJKs

gathered and sat in groups as assigned accordingly. During the briefing, I paid

full attention and listened to the instructions and

precautions attentively.

(23/2/14) Once the marketing operation began, we walked

together in groups and socialised, mingled with each

other from different departments, courses and

years of study. Being sociable person, We organised

ourselves and discussed about the strategies by distributing

jobs among ourselves.

(23/2/14)Throughout the marketing operation, we met different people. I performed

my social and communication skills in

seeking for sponsorships and inviting them to our

event. I was also in charge of handling and keeping all

the documents carefully and neatly.
