What We Will Do In This Four Months? We will go through four major verticals where the business stands and prosper on its way.. Individual – who has determination to become successful with his team – surely has to follow these four steps to Understand Product & Parameters That we sell to Customer: We need to know the products and parameters that we have with us and we can offer to customer… unless we know them better – our offering can not be 100% to customer, so irrespective of experience of an individual, we need to leave aside the EGO and read and qualify for the review end of its session… Many of us will be much knowledgeable and experienced in few products or parameters – it’s a request to them to take a session for that subject with all our collogue, which will help each of us.

Services That We Offer To Customer: We have calibration, validation, thermography services facility which draws 60% of total revenue to this company. Our one of the Prime objective is to take this business line into most focused business line … each of us in the company should know the subject very well especially we should know in detail about parameters we have , accuracy , uncertainty , procedure and Targeted business area There will be theory and practical class room training on services as well validation & thermography.. Depend on availability – we may even depute people into practical site – where already Photon is doing project to get a real site calibration experience. Business Process That We Practice To Develop Customer Base : Customer base development is the area where we add new customers and discover a easy business flow …. The product line we have , about 70% of the product can be sold just by creating a awareness of the product over net or by phone.. We will go through simple business development over net and latter using a phone – which will generate huge customer base and active customer too.. after 4 months, this will be the key of success to each of us. By practicing this process, within 3-4 months, we will be able to see good number of inquiry as well few orders …. System That We Maintain: Any Organization grows with less trouble and conflict when the reporting boss is a system rather than a human being. In our company we have created a system and every body reports with pre-defined format. That helps us to understand the business condition, money flow , stock position and many more … In this four months each of the applicant – has to follow the reporting modules on time and keep it mix in his/her blood for the future relation with Photon. We will accept even business is not coming but deviation in system requirement is not at all permissible or accepted by any of the partner in this company …

Even after so , if he/ she feels that Photon Instruments is not a right place to carry forward, he / she can issue a letter for discontinuation and the base money of 20K shall be refunded to him/her without any further questions. * Service tax amount will not be refundable
