After searching through all of the majors that Purdue offered, I had a list of four that I liked the best. Ironically every single one I liked was in the College of Liberal Arts, which is a big change from the College of Agriculture. Once again I was worried about what other people would think, instead of what mattered to me. I went through the four majors many times to see how to narrow them down. The four I had picked out were religious studies, photogra-phy, history, and dance. I had an interest in each of them before, phy, history, and dance. I had an interest in each of them before, but I always just considered them a hobby and not a career.

After much consideration I finally decided what I wanted to do. It seemed to me that Photography was the best choice so I went for it. After register-ing for spring 2011 classes I was pumped to start off in a new year. So far all of the classes I have been taking for my photography major have been much more fun and exciting than regular boring high school classes. I am excited to see what else high school classes. I am excited to see what else Photography will throw at me throughout my next few years here at Purdue!!
