Stephan Moccio to open new perspectives for Abu Dhabi Classics 29 November 2016 – Abu Dhabi, UAE: World-renowned pianist and composer Stephan Moccio is set to entrance audiences with a seamless blend of pop and classical music during his first ever concert series in the Middle East. Invited to the emirate of Abu Dhabi as part of the prestigious line-up for Abu Dhabi Classics, organised by Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority, celebrated international music creator Moccio will perform two different programmes of music over two days across Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. His first concert will light up Al Ain’s Al Jahili Fort with numbers from Moccio’s chart-topping solo piano album Exposure on Monday 12 th December at 8pm. His second performance will present a programme that will mesmerise his audience and open new perspectives on the art of music, blending classical and pop with a leading string orchestra and two international vocalists at Emirates Palace Auditorium on Wednesday 14 th December also at 8pm. Bringing his talent to the UAE for the first time, Grammy Award winner and Academy Award-nominated composer Stephan Moccio is considered one of the most influential leading names of the music world, and has written and produced some of the biggest hits of the last 20 years. -Ends-
