One small table for propsFX PICTURES is responsible for the deliverFX PICTURES is responsible for the delivery, setup, breakdown, and maintenance of the photo booth during the scheduled rental. Rental hours are counted as consecutive hours with no breaks in run-time. Breaks in the run-time of the photo booth are considered the idle time and will be an additional charge at the idle hour rate. We will arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the rental to set up the photo booth. We can arrive earlier to set up the photo booth at the charge of "idle hours". The rate of idle hours is $40 per hour. The rental includes unlimited photo booth sessions during the rental time period.

DATE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONSAA $60 non-refundable deposit and signed rental agreement are required to reserve the event.This deposit is non-refundable.

Outdoor EventsIf photo booth is to be used in an outdoor setting prior arrangements must be made with Provider. Client is responsible for ensuring that the photo booth is under protective covering and level ground. In the event Client can't or does not provide appropriate cover photo booth services will end if inclement weather occurs. In theevent that services end early due to inclement weather during an outdoor event Client will not receive a refund in part or in full.MODEL RELEASE OPTIONClient agrees to and understands the following:Client agrees to and understands the following: All guests using the photo booth hereby give to Fx Pictures photo booth Rental the right and permission to copyright and use of photograph-ic portraits or pictures of any photo booth user. I hereby release, discharge and agree to hold harmless Pictures photo booth Rental from any liability, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.MODEL RELEASE OPTION PLEASE SELECT YES OR NO. DAMAGE TO PROVIDER'S EQUIPMENTClient acknowledges that they shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the Provider's Equipment caused by a) Any misuse of the Provider's Equipment by Client or their guests, or b) Any theft or disaster (including but not limited to fire, flood or earthquake). Damage shall not be limited to, but shall include: physical contact resulting in broken equipment, any power fail-ure resulting in surge damage, and/or liquid damage from event guest drinks. MAXIMUM LIABILITY: CLIENT and FX PICTURES Photo Booth agrees that in the event of a mechanical failure, or any other reason. FX PICTURES Photo Booth is unable to provide a functioning photo booth pursuant to this agreement; FX PICTURES Photo Booth’s maximum liability is the return of any payments received. FX PICTURES Photo Booth will not be liable under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other theory for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including without limitation damages for lost profits or increased ex-penses) with respect to any claim arising from or related in any way to this agreement, the subject matter of this agreement, the services provided under this agreement or the property penses) with respect to any claim arising from or related in any way to this agreement, the subject matter of this agreement, the services provided under this agreement or the property where these services are being performed.DRESSWe want to dress appropriately for your event. If you have any suggestions please indicate below.
