CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT & INSPECTION SERVICES WHITCO provides skilled, determined, and experienced professionals for every aspect of your project. Our CM’s and Inspectors ensure that you are getting quality for every project. Our inspection personnel will ensure that all work is complete in accordance to all applicable codes, regulations, project drawings and specifications. We will provide a team of Construction Management professionals and Inspectors to plan, organize, and coordinate large scale projects. We can also provide a single inspector to work on a small phase of your project. Our team of dedicated inspectors works to an internal company standard (WHITCO Quality Assurance Program – (WQP). This program outlines inspector responsibilities as they relate to inspection, documentation and the quality control process. WHITCO will provide resumes for each available position allowing our clients with the ability to review and confirm with confidence our selection for the job.

PIPELINE INTEGRITY PROGRAM INSPECTION & SUPPORT WHITCO has been working with our clients on Integrity Management Programs for several years now. Our experience and expertise to pipeline construction, maintenance and repair allows us to offer our clients with a comprehensive package for the inspection aspect of integrity management. Our inspectors are well rounded in all aspects of pipeline construction giving them the ability to take on a variety of integrity operations and tasks including: Modify and install long radius elbows and valve sets to accommodate ILI runs Pressure Testing to document strength and leak tests Leak detection Anomaly field verifications and evaluations Repair and replacement of anomalies Inspection of repairs and welding procedures Coating evaluation and inspection of coating repairs ROW Agreements Permits Land owner relations Documentation and record keeping Support and inspection for ILI tool runs for External Corrosion

WELDER TESTING AND WELDING PROCEDURE QUALIFICATION WHITCO provides professional Certified Welding Inspectors to perform Welder Qualifications in accordance with approved Welding Procedure Specifications and client specifications. Welders are tested to the following codes: API-1104 ASME section IX D1.1
WHITCO can provide the destructive testing with our Iron Horse. Our Welding Inspectors have in house training as well as internationally recognized credentials including: American Welding Society Certified Welding Inspector (AWS/CWI) National Welding Inspection School Certified Welding Inspectors (CPWI) Certified Welding Inspectors trained and tested to Major Gas Company standards (CWI)
WHITCO also provides the experience and expertise to create, test and qualify Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS). WHITCO will monitor performance testing for Procedure Qualification Records (PQR). All inspection, documentation and record keeping will be provided by WHITCO.
PROJECT DOCUMENTATION AND RECORDKEEPING We understand the importance of record keeping and thorough documentation of all project work. All WHITCO Construction Managers and Inspectors provide comprehensive documentation to meet or exceed our client expectations. This documentation includes a Project Completion Job Book with detailed and organized reporting of all pertinent project information. Our inspectors provide clients with a detailed Daily Construction report as well as Weekly Summary reporting to keep our clients informed on progress, quality control, safety and job costs associated with each project. WHITCO provides electronic copies of the Project Documentation on a CD or USB flash drive. Our attention to detail and professional presentation of project documentation is one of the many qualities that set WHITCO apart from other inspection companies. receive continuous support and updates on our training program. OPERATOR QUALIFICATION PROGRAM (OQ)
WHITCO maintains compliance with the US Department of Transportation (DOT) for Operator Qualifications rule.
WHITCO utilizes Midwest Energy Association for training resources and testing criteria to keep our personnel trained and current on covered tasks related to our work.
OUR in-house Evaluator allows us the flexibility to train and evaluate employees on demand to keep current with upcoming projects requirements.
DRUG AND ALCOHOL PROGRAM WHITCO’s Drug and Alcohol Program complies with all the requirements of DOT 49CFR
Parts 199 and 40. Our program is implemented and in compliance with DISA drug consortium. All employee records are available through the DISA program. The Drug and Alcohol Program is available for client review upon request.
