When using Phonak CROS II Custom, all wireless accessories can be connected and used with the hearing aid on the better ear.

If the hearing aid detects a signal from a wireless accessory, the streaming signal from Phonak CROS II Custom is automatically put on hold. The connection to Phonak CROS II Custom will be re-established automatically when streaming from the accessory is stopped.
